1. Engine: America Briggs & stratton 10.5HP or Japanese 8.5HP vertical air-cooled gasoline engine.
2. Line removal blade: Imported tung-alloy knife which has hard head and fast rotating speed. Two types of the head: 24 gear and 48 gear. 24 gear type also called thermoplastic head which is used for polishing the thermoplastic line; 48 gear often used for polishing normal temperature line. As usual, the two types both can be used for the thermoplastic or normal temperature line. Long life of the head(over 180km/sets of cutter heads)and can be easy to install or unload.
3. Depth adjuster: Install the depth-adjusting device which can adjust and fix according to the needs.
4. Pressure adjuster: Adjust the pressure of blade upon the road surface. Adjust the polishing pressure according to different road surface conditions and kinds of coating, which max pressure can insert into the road surface.
5. Protection device: The rubber sheath around the cutter head can prevent dust and fragment from splashing during operation, which can protect the operator.
6. Brake device: Brake system controlled by foot with convenient operation.
7. Operation method: Single person operate it(push or pull), move it from right to left as usual, whose max polishing width (from left to right) is 620mm; 180mm(from front to back).
8. Rubber wheel: Left and right front wheels as well as the back one are the special modified rubber wheels with high abrasion-proof, the front wheel diameter: 2000mm, the back wheel diameter: 100mm.
9. Catch dust gate: 76mm
10. Size: 1380mm(length)*700mm(width) *950mm(height). 205kg. |
